Terms and conditions

 

PURCHASE

1. Completion of the order shall be conditioned on its correct submittal at the Boutique i.e. provision of a full address, telephone number, model and size of the product.

2. Orders may be placed 24 hours a day on all the days of the year. Orders placed on public holidays shall be processed on the first working day following the date of order submittal.

3. Should the items covered by the order be unavailable, the Customer shall be informed about the order status (partial completion, extension of the completion time, cancelation of the order in part or in full).

4. All the prices listed at the Boutique include VAT.

5. The payment period shall be 7 days.

6. Should issuance of a VAT invoice be required, please fill in the relevant section and, in addition, send in an email reminder.

7. Garments can be ordered to one’s own, custom dimensions. In the event of ordering garments to custom dimensions (not listed in the size table at the Boutique), it shall be necessary to specify correct dimensions. Completion time for this type of orders shall be extended and normally takes from 7 to 14 days. Please select the ‘custom made’ option and provide all the necessary dimensions. Such orders shall cost 15% more and be non-returnable.

8. We also take custom orders. Individual designs shall be agreed on by e-mail. The prices of such orders are higher than the ones listed at the Boutique due to a greater input of work associated with single items. The said prices shall be determined individually with the Customer.

 

 

DISCOUNTS

After the second purchase of fixed price products, each Customer shall receive a 10% discount. After the seventh purchase of fixed price products, the discount shall be increased to 15%. After the fifteenth purchase of fixed price products, the Customer shall receive the highest discount in the amount of 20%. Discounts shall apply only to purchases of fixed price products – products on SALE shall not be subject to discounts. Purchases made under ACCESSORIES shall not contribute to the increase in discounts. Please send in reminders regarding increased discounts as they are set manually and might be overlooked.

 

 

DELIVERY TIME AND COSTS

1. Packages are shipped within up to 5 working days from the receipt of payment (does not apply to custom orders). In general, however, orders are completed immediately after the payment or when the cash-on-delivery option has been selected. The Customer shall be notified about the order status by e-mail.

2. In exceptional situations shipment may be delayed. The Customer shall be informed should this be the case.

3. Packages are sent by post and by the DPD courier company.

4. The ordered items are shipped to the address indicated in the form as the delivery address. Specification of the telephone number is very important – without it delivery of the package is made more difficult. The courier shall call the Customer should no one be present at the delivery address.

5. Failure to collect the shipment and the consequent return of the package to the sender shall result in charging the Customer with the costs of its reshipping or termination of the contract.

6. Customer delivery shall be free of charge with any purchase over 200 PLN.

 

 

EXCHANGE

1. The Customer shall have the right to exchange the purchased items for another size or model. The wish to make an exchange must be communicated by email within up to 5 days from the date of receipt of the package, while the garments must be sent back within up to 10 days from the date of receipt of the package. Failure to observe these deadlines shall constitute a basis for rejection of the exchange claim.

2. The exchange procedure shall apply only to items in perfect condition (i.e. the item may not show signs of use and must contain all the elements it was delivered with). Also, please handle the packaging with care – the original box must be packed so as not to be damaged.

3. The package must contain the filled-in EXCHANGE FORM available under "complaint, exchange, return" – at the Boutique homepage under the bar at the bottom. The form is very important – without it the package cannot be identified which will complicate and delay the exchange procedure.

4. Failure to follow the above guidelines shall constitute a basis for rejection of the exchange claim. We make our best efforts to complete all the exchanges as quickly as possible.

5. We do not accept packages sent cash-on-delivery or without prior consultation.

 

 

COMPLAINTS

1. In the event of a justified complaint, the damaged items shall be repaired or replaced with other items of full value. Should the latter be impossible (e.g. due to the items being out of stock or there being no possibility to produce them), the Boutique shall reimburse the Purchaser for the price of the product or offer them with other items available at the store to choose from.

2. The receipt, enclosed with every order, constitutes the basis for complaints. Complaints made without the receipt shall be invariably rejected.

3. Shipping costs shall be reimbursed in accordance with the pricelist of the postal service.

4. Complaints regarding the difference in terms of appearance of the ordered items as opposed to the received ones attributable to different settings of the Customer’s monitor display, in particular the difference in colors or shades, shall not constitute a basis for the return of items.

RETURNS

1. Pursuant to the Act dated March 2nd, 2000 on protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by hazardous products (Journal of Laws no. 22, item 271 as amended), the Customer shall have the right to return the purchased items in perfect condition within up to 10 days from the date of receipt of the package.

2. Notification of the wish to make the return as well as the return of the items itself must take place within up to 10 days from the date of receipt of the package. Failure to follow this deadline shall constitute a basis for refusal to terminate the contract.

3. Returned garments must be full value, undamaged, unworn, labeled, carefully folded and packed. The original box must be clean and creaseless. Failure to follow the above provisions shall constitute a basis for rejection of the return.

4. The package must contain the filled-in RETURN FORM available under "complaint, exchange, return" – at the Boutique homepage under the bar at the bottom. The form is very important – without it the package cannot be identified which will complicate and delay the return procedure.

5. The Boutique guarantees reimbursement for the price cost.

6. The funds shall be returned within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the package.

7. The cost of return of items shall not be subject to reimbursement.

9. The following are non-returnable:

  • custom orders – garments made to custom dimensions, not listed in the size table available at the Boutique.
  • custom orders – garments designed and made to order in line with arrangements made with the Customer.
